[pydotorg-www] HTML being escaped on some release pages

On a random trip through Python's past I noticed the new site is escaping
HTML for some older versions:

* http://www.python.org/download/releases/1.6/
* http://www.python.org/download/releases/2.0/
* http://www.python.org/download/releases/2.1/
* http://www.python.org/download/releases/2.1.[1-3]/
* http://www.python.org/download/releases/2.2/
* http://www.python.org/download/releases/2.2.[1-2]/
* http://www.python.org/download/releases/2.3/
* http://www.python.org/download/releases/2.3.[1-5]/

Not sure if this should be reported to the tracker or if it's more a
web-management task.
