please add me to the EditorsGroup. I would like to edit the
GuiProgramming article at
https://wiki.python.org/moin/GuiProgramming#line-18

The link to Package formlayout
https://code.google.com/p/formlayout/

is broken (HTTP 403); the project has evidently disappeared from Google
Code. It doesn't appear on Github or anywhere else I could find. I'd
like to change the link to point to its Python Package Index
https://pypi.python.org/pypi/formlayout

so at least users can get the package, which was recently updated at
that page on 2015-10-12 . Thank you.
