[pydotorg-www] Edit Permissions in Python Wiki

Hello,

I am starting a Python user group in Richmond, VA. I would like to post
information on the Python wiki about our user group. According to
https://wiki.python.org/moin/FrontPage#use, I need to email this list with
my username and requested edits since I am a new wiki user.

I would like to edit the page https://wiki.python.org/moin/LocalUserGroups
to post information about our group, and I'd also like to create a page
with information about our group. My wiki username is AndrewElgert.

If you require any further information, please let me know.
