[pydotorg-www] ODBC drivers for SQL Server

Understood. There is a mention about Microsoft SQL Server ODBC driver and a 
link to it in mxODBC description.

Can I at least post a short mention about Devart  SQL Server ODBC driver and 
link to it in pyODBC description?
