[pydotorg-www] Pyrex page outdated information

Hello,

On the Pyrex wiki page (https://wiki.python.org/moin/Pyrex) for *other 
Python speedup solutions*, PyPy should be listed alongside the other 
two. Also, some notation should be added indicating that psyco is 
deprecated and no longer actively maintained.
