[pydotorg-www] Permission to edit local groups info

Hello!

I've just signed up and I want to edit my personal home page MiguelGonzalez.

I also want to add some information about local groups and other
initiatives in Spain on LocalUserGroups wiki page. Please note that
maintain this info up-to-date is one of my roles as member of Asociación
Python España board (1_).
