[pydotorg-www] Wiki Edit Permissions

Hi,

I'm sub org admin for coala and thus want to edit our info on
https://wiki.python.org/moin/SummerOfCode/2016. As you can see coala
already is on that page and my GitHub profile
(https://github.com/sils1297) should proof reasonably that I'm
legitimately a core contributor to the coala project(s) with no
intentions to spam your wiki. (I actually founded that thing with
another guy.)
