[pydotorg-www] Fwd: [Webmaster] Account

We get a lot of these. Is there any chance that the links and temporary
account names can be time-limited to 24 hours and then purged from the
database? That way we can use a standard reply that says to wait for 24
hours and try again with the same username ...
