[pydotorg-www] Can we add PyBay to the Conferences and Workshops page?

Hey Chris,
One more question, hope it's not a bother.
I was able to edit https://wiki.python.org/moin/PythonConferences but is it
also possible to add our listing to
https://www.python.org/community/workshops/? I can't seem to find a way to
edit this page in the same way.
Looking at the source for the python.org, my understanding is there's a
separate CMS to modify pages? Is there a wiki guide on how to modify these
pages? Happy to submit a PR if that's required.
Thanks so much!
Nick
