[pydotorg-www] pysoundio audio library

Hi,

I have just finished my Python bindings for libsoundio project. This is a
cross platform solution to real time audio in Python, using the very well
written software by Andrew Kelly, and offers an alternative to the
currently available PortAudio bindings.

I would like to add this to the Audio - Python Wiki page, but as a new user
I am unable to edit any pages.
