I am a program committee member of
PiterPy Conf <https://piterpy.com/> (https://piterpy.com/) and
PyCon LT <https://www.pycon.lt/2019/> (https://www.pycon.lt/)

It's two big European conferences about Python, both hosted in English :)
Please add them to the https://www.python.org/community/workshops/ list.
