Hi Katia,

you will have to get approval from the PSF trademark committee
for using a PyCon name:

We typically get requests for national conference, where
things are pretty straight forward. For more generic names
or ones which imply covering a whole region, we want to
make sure that the format can survive changes in teams and
locations. Such conferences often move around between different
countries and teams.

Once everything is in place, we can also give you a subdomain
on pycon.org, if you like.
