[pydotorg-www] Permission to edit Wiki

Hello,

I'm Alberto Castillo (wiki user AlbertoCastillo) and have been
organizing the Python Panama local user group[1]. We're looking forward
having more participation with the PSF.

For this task I'd like to request access to edit the Local Users Group
section of the Wiki to update the Panama community. I've spoken to the
organizers of the previous group (Pynama) and are all now working under
Python Panama.
