Perhaps we could have a section on the
https://wiki.python.org/moin/AdvancedBooks page which points to publisher
websites with Python books, followed by individual listings and also note that
if a publisher has more than e.g. 10 books on offer, we won't include individual
listings anymore, but instead point to the publisher's website.
