[pydotorg-www] Request edit access to Grants Working Group wiki pages

I'm on the Grants Working Group (co-Chair) and I need to update the list of
team members. I can't remember if I use to have edit privileges before, can
you give me access so I don't have to poke other PSF members to edit for me.
