[pydotorg-www] Request for Wiki Edit Permission - BeginnersGuide Page

Dear Python Wiki Team,

I am writing to request permission to edit the Python Wiki's BeginnersGuide
page (https://wiki.python.org/moin/BeginnersGuide). I would like to
contribute by adding information about LabEx's Python Skill Tree learning
path (https://labex.io/skilltrees/python), which I believe would be
valuable for Python beginners.
