[Pygui] PyGUI and PyCharm

Thanks for your response. I can start the virtualenv and import GUI just fine. It is the weirdest thing I have ever seen. I have confirmed the virtualenv is the correct virtualenv as well.

That's strange. Are you sure it's installed properly? Can you
import it into a Python interactive session?
