[PyLadies-BLR] Python Django tutorial.

Dear All,

While looking for a particular good tutorial for a Python Django code, I
came across this site,

There are about five tutorials for writing a blog. Anyone who wants to
start coding for the pyladies blog can start from there. Before starting,
please share the directory structure if you are planning to change the
directory structure, and a couple of other related information to help
others also be aware of the coding style.
