[PyLadies-BLR] getting started with NVDA.

Hey Svaksha
Thanks a bunch for this initiative! I'm excited. I've obviously been busy over the holidays but am now slowly getting back to the grind.

Which reminds me - Happy New Year!

:)

I think a session on git/trac/irc would not go amiss but it really depends on the people that sign up. So far amongst the pyLadies group I have yet to see anyone sign up apart from Anu, you and me.
We can maybe announce this on the blog and on Fb/meetup/email group?
More importantly a quick intro from you on the dos and don'ts of contributing to open source (so people don't get disheartened) would be nice I think.

Sunita

Umm... by "intro session" - did you mean intro to NVDA (which Vardhan
will cover) or intro to the Foss tools like git, trac, irc, etc? I was
planning to take that session in the week prior to the NVDA workshop.

This will be done in the beginning of the NVDA workshop, so no worries.

Thanks and Ditto :)
