Hi,

We, at UCSC-Extension in Santa Clara, are holding a beginners' class on
Tuesday nights this summer:

https://courses.ucsc-extension.edu/ucsc/portal/instructor/instructorCourseDetails.do?method=load&sectionId=5123291

This course is for people who have never programmed before in any language.

If you are a well-seasoned programmer, don't waste your time with this
course, but take the course that starts tonight instead:

https://courses.ucsc-extension.edu/ucsc/portal/instructor/instructorCourseDetails.do?method=load&sectionId=5123332

But, if you are new to programming, this is the class for you. It's in
the lab so you gets lots of immediate practice with each new concept. I
love questions, and I love to help, so the class environment will relax
you into learning more than you think possible.

It's just 6 evenings 6-9pm so that your investment isn't too huge, in case
you find that programming isn't for you.

But, if you like it, you will be in a good position to take the
programmers class at a later date, and start a new career.

I hope to see you in class.

Marilyn Davis Ph.D.
