fiddling around a bit still with getting_started (to avoid the word 'annotate'
which Armin declared a reserved keyword for PyPy, getting
off-issue: actually i think that we might want to think about 
our general naming of concepts a bit.  Names like 'space' and 
'annotation' contribute to the perception of PyPy being too abstract. 
Calling it "typeinference" would better connect to VM hackers 
being unfamiliar with PyPy).
