I agree, re: Minimal -- many of the well-wishers have taken the project to
be about building a small & embedded systems version of Python.

My name suggestions, playing on the importance of "self" in Python and the
self-hosting idea:

SoiPy
Soi
Poi (i.e., Soi + Py)
