[pypy-dev] new pypy-funding mailing list

hello pypy,

i have just created the pypy-funding mailing list. 

The PyPy-funding list is a platform for focused discussions 
about funding issues such as the EU-funding proposal.

I rather randomly subscribed a few people to see if
everything works. They should have got a welcome-message. 
If you are interested to discuss those issues and/or spent
some time/though trying to get funding then please subscribe here
