[pypy-dev] PyPy site suggestions

ok, added right of the top-level menu.  I think that in the end the 
'lists' page should be renamed to 'contact', 'talk' or some such 
presenting the lists and some contact info.

ok, i went through all the mail and deleted spams.  This doesn't mean
that you can't get an account to help at any time ... 

Happily, codespeak's mailman installation now filters with Michael's 
and my spambayes-db so the spam/mailman problem is more or less a 
historic problem.
