[pypy-dev] right-dragging the graph

Hi Armin,

I thought it was an oversight that the image is not fixed
under the cursor when right-dragging it, and I thought to repair
this.
But I saw

                 self.viewer.shiftoffset(-2*dx, -2*dy)

in process_MouseMotion (graphdisplay.py), so this is probably
intended behavior? (I'd personally prefer to keep the mouse
at the exact picture position)
