To reply to myself :)
The problem appears to be in the _check function in opcodes.py. This
generates a number for the jump at opcode creation time. Therefore, if an
opcode is used twice in a block then you get the error.
I guess the solution would be to create a "_check" micro instruction that
increments the count on render. I'm afraid I haven't got time to actually
do that myself though.
