[pypy-dev] Moving to rffi

Just to let you know, I've moved some modules from rctypes to rffi. 
Tests are passing, building should work, but some might encounter 
strange issues when using these modules, because not everything is well 
tested I think.

I plan to move some other modules, like mmap and _ssl, if noone will 
stop me. Also next step would be to try approach for app-level ctypes. 
Any obstacles in sight?
