I think the official documentation needs to state also how to build it
with the missing modules (expat etc.).
http://codespeak.net/pypy/dist/pypy/doc/windows.html has some hints,
but is not complete as far as I can tell (e.g. it doesn't say how to
arrange for the .h files to be found).
