I will answer even though I'm not the most up-to-date person.  It is
kind of ready, but it needs a champion.  That means that we need one
of two things to occur: either someone donates an ARM buildslave for
buildbot, and takes care of setting it up so that translation works
(so it must have either 2 GB of RAM, or be entirely emulated on
another machine); or someone that cares a lot about ARM steps in and
does the necessary maintenance, even if setting up a 2GB ARM
buildslave is too messy.

Without any of these things happening, I fear that it will just rot,
until someone that cares shows up.
