That should not be a big problem.  You can do a lot of development
with any machine --- and then log in on some fast server if you
occasionally need to translate.  This is what I often do even with my
modern x86 laptop, just because the server is even faster (and has
more cores).  Also, a sprint is a lot about peer-programming, which
divides the number of needed laptops by two :-)
