[pypy-dev] newbie question: why doesn't pypy run google app engine dev_appserver.py?

There are hordes of small app engine apps that would love to self-host but
for the (very) poor performance of dev_appserver, which seems to hinge on
CPU and memory performance, which pypy could address.
