[pypy-dev] Doing a 2.2.1 release

Absolutely, please do! 2.2 brings a lot of good stuff, and it would be a pity if people would not use it and stay on 2.1 and wait for 2.3.

Will you merge in everything from current head also, or is that fix a backport to 2.2?
