[pypy-dev] release 2.3 and macos stdlib test failure

The macos buildbot, names xerses, has a consistent test failure. It
appears to be a configuration error of the buildbot. The owner of the
buldbot has not responded on IRC.

Could someone else build a macos version off the release branch
release-2.3.x that does not exhibit this failure and ships the same
OpenSSL as cpython on macos?
The failing test is in lib-python.2.7.test.test_ssl,
