This is the culmination of ~6 months of teamwork to get cpyext to a 
state where it can run lxml, numpy, scipy, matplotlib,
It runs, but is slow and maybe buggy.
We need to create some new momentum around PyPy, to encourage uptake, to 
get more sponsorships, and to get some new contributors, so now is the 
time to try this version out, and show it off to your friends, 
coworkers, and managers.
