[pypy-dev] PyPy 7.1.1 candidate tarballs

I would like to release a 7.1.1 bugfix. The release notice is here

There are python3.6 tarballs available at 
http://buildbot.pypy.org/nightly/release-pypy3.6-v7.x/ with the prefix 
pypy-c-jit-96476-784b254d6699 and python2.7 tarballs available at 
http://buildbot.pypy.org/nightly/release-pypy2.7-v7.x/ with the prefix 
pypy-c-jit-96475-8cdda8b8cdb8


Please check the release note and try out the tarballs.
