OK, I can check the other Mac Minis now and see if I can use that. I will 
have to reset machine to the latest version of Mac OS, whatever it is.

So what about an Ethernet port nearby, maybe someone at HHU has something 
available? I can also cross the river to the enemy territory (Düsseldorf) 
- anything in 50km radius is OK...
