[PyPy-issue] [issue583] sqlite3 module only exposes dbapi2

New submission from Armin Ronacher <armin.ronacher at active-4.com>:

In cpython the sqlite3 module directly exposes the members of the sqlite3.dbapi2
module:

    from dbapi2 import *

Many people rely on that and do imports like this:

    try:
        from pysqlite3 import dbapi2 as sqlite3
    except ImportError:
        import sqlite3

This would be a one line fix (just import * from dbapi2) and it would result in
higher compatibility with cpython.
