Yes, you certainly may ask.  I'll try to find time for this soon, but I'm
starting a new contract tomorrow morning, and I have a bunch of paperwork to
fill out today.

I'm kind of surprised you didn't get a readline0 when you checked out
backshift - I believe it's in there as an SVN "external reference".  Did you
check it out using mercurial or git as an interface to svn, by any chance?
 ISTR that they don't do external references.  Either way, readline0 is at
http://stromberg.dnsalias.org/svn/readline0/trunk/ .

About jpilot - I'll copy that over sometime soon.  You might be able to get
the files by installing a jpilot deb/rpm on your Linux system.
