[PyPy-issue] [issue547] review C warnings from cpyext

'cpyext' introduced a number of new warnings of the C compiler.  We should
review them.  In particular, I'm a bit worried about this point: CPython needs
to be compiled with -fno-strict-aliasing, but not PyPy, so far.  Is it still
true of the C code produced from 'cpyext'?
