New submission from Janos <mjanos5 at gmail.com>:

Hi all,

I tested the pypy-1.4.1-linux 32bit version.

I attached a small test suite that shows the slowness, by creating a
test csv file and reading it back.

Personally I have problems only with the read speed. I also tried to use
file.readlines() and line.split(',') instead of csv.read, but that was
even slower.

I would like to use pypy for the application I created, but csv handling
seems to be the bottleneck.
