The problem is that PyPy's ctypes uses a wrapper object while CPython's ctypes has no such wrapper (e.g., 
in the doctest, array._objects in CPython is just a dict, not a CArgObject instance with a dict assigned to 
_obj. I just did what was necessary to get the test to pass. Whether it is the best solution is another matter 
as I didn't bother to inspect the wrapper to make sure it will operate as the object it is meant to wrap.
