[pypy-issue] [issue793] Segfault in AST compilation if Pass is omitted

New submission from Armin Ronacher <armin.ronacher at active-4.com>:

The ExceptHandler AST node currently segfaults Python if an empty body list is
passed instead of ast.Pass(). While it's hard to tell if that is a bug or not,
it's certainly not what CPython is comfortable handling and also seems to bypass
the PyPy sanity checks which normally result in a debug output before the actual
segfault.
