[pypy-issue] [issue728] itertools bug — output different from CPython 2.7.1

I'm currently on Mac OS X 10.6.7 and using CPython 2.7.1 when running against PyPy 
1.5.0-alpha0 that I downloaded from pypy.org/

When running the script with CPython, the output is 2.

When running the script with PyPy, the output is 167960.
