[pypy-issue] [issue921] _structseq is a slow mess

Reopening. To elaborate a bit - I suppose some details depend on the system, but 
_structseq creation popped up very high on traces of running dulwich (a almost-
pure python git implementation) and the assembler was not looking very pretty. 
Probably also affects bzr and hg.
