[pypy-issue] [issue915] implement numpy.linalg in micronumpy

I suppose most of this is implemented in numpy by calling BLAS. Should we call 
BLAS, too, to implement this, implement it in pure-py or wait for any kind of 
solution to the general numpy/micronumpy situation before continuing with this?
