Right, _multiprocessing.SemLock should have _after_fork(). In CPython it simply 
resets self->count to zero, and can be implemented trivially in 
pypy/module/_multiprocessing/interp_semaphore.py.

test_multiprocessing is skipped these days, but it's odd that it never displayed 
this error (maybe because _after_fork is called in a subprocess).
