New submission from Robert Zaremba <robert.marek.zaremba at wp.eu>:

I've tested hash function for performance.
The results are as follows:
md5 (stdlib)
~ ~ ~ ~ python 3.495
~ ~ ~ ~ pypy~ 3.621
mmh3
~ ~ ~ ~ python 0.433
~ ~ ~ ~ pypy 6.186
smhasher
~ ~ ~ ~ python 0.441
~ ~ ~ ~ pypy~ 5.877
lookup3
~ ~ ~ ~ python 1.693
~ ~ ~ ~ pypy ~ 7.963
pyhash
~ ~ ~ ~ python 0.00022
~ ~ ~ ~ pypy~ -- unsupported

every library goes as an interface to c++ code.
Why the problem is with 3-part-packages, and md5 goes well?
In attachment the file witch performs tests. It requires some file (In my case
the average file I want to hash in production will be 200KB) from witch to read
data to hash
