[pypy-issue] [issue1049] Source releases should be pypy-<v> not pypy-pypy-<hash>

When unpacked, the first directory in the 1.8 source release is of the form
pypy-pypy-<hash> (the same as a nightly build). This makes life a bit annoying
for distributions who build from source and expect that directories will be
pypy-1.8, which is the standard Unix convention.
