We should try to make the RPython documentation better. Here's a list of some
things that Laurie had a hard time figuring out:

- "The difference / relation between the various typing systems
  (rffi.INT, r_int etc.) are a mystery to me."

- exact semantics of lists, e.g. when things are resizable and how
  make_sure_not_resized is used, what about the negative indexes

- how does specialization work, and what can it be used for?

- what are the exact GC semantics?
