[pypy-issue] [issue934] subprocess hangs in 1.7 (but not in 1.6 or 1.5)

It behaves differently in a pypy-c built today.  (Still x86 Linux.)  Now the
attached test waf build succeeds some of the time, and makes it to 5049/5050
then hangs some of the time.
